Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Scottish Wrestling Limited will be held at 01:00 pm “online” on 05/03/2023.
Notes:
1. To be entitled to attend and vote at the meeting and to receive the meeting online link, members must be registered by no later than 01:00 pm on 26/02/2023 at:
2. a) Each Member Club is entitled to one vote and, b) Each Member Club is entitled to one additional vote per 10 individual members aged 16 and over.
3. Members who are entitled to attend and vote at the meeting convened by the foregoing notice may appoint one proxy (who need not be a member or members) to attend and, on a poll, vote in their place. The instrument appointing a proxy must be delivered to the Registered Office of the Scottish Wrestling Limited or using the online form not less than 48 hours before the time appointed for the holding of the meeting.
